There will be days you walk out with in cash and still have your hourly pay in a check. There are also days where you only make 3 dollars in tips for a 10 hour day. It's a laid back job and amazing co-workers that you will meet. This company caters to a lot of students. It does get understaff during high flight times. The pay is decent.
