Porta villa nashville

A great local Italian Restaurant. Their wood fired pizza is amazing! We've really enjoyed several date nights here. From Business: Sir Pizza of Tennessee offers mouth-watering pizza, sandwiches, pasta, and more. We are an award-winning, locally owned, family-operated business with over 50…. From Business: Pomodoro East offers fresh Italian food in a friendly, warm, and rustic environment. PE's menu consists of offerings from the wood fired oven as well as the open….

I get their pizza regularly for take out. As long as I ask for extra sauce, it comes out just the way I like, not smothered with cheese and with…. The toppings…. This place was recommended by the resort that I was staying at. Would not order from there again! Pizza was good, BUT, service is terrible.

Had to…. I love Moto! First of all their food is to die for! My husband and I both loved our dishes! Their service is fabulous and they pace your meal…. From Business: Sal's Family Pizza is built upon authentic, New York style pizza and classic Italian dishes made in the old tradition of fresh dough made daily, uncompromising…. Asked about thin crust and they said they could do that. Not true.

Food was good the first time we had a calzone from them. Large portions! Porta Via is a great neighborhood restaurant in west Nashville. Don't let it's location in a strip mall fool you, everything her is awesome! The food here was really good, but the wait was reallyquite long and the seating in there is minimal. Heard good things about the food, but couldn't tolerate the place for more than 10 seconds To start with, no ambience whatsoever, but it gets much worse.

Upon entering, we were serenaded by a screeching child whose parent and I use that term very loosely was accepting no responsibility for the offensive behavior. Worse yet, the restaurant management apparently has a policy of doing nothing to protect other patrons from this lack of civility and courtesy. Chose not to waste our time or money. Went to Cafe Nonna and enjoyed a lovely meal and atmosphere.

My wife and I had been dreaming of a great new gourmet pizza place on our side of town ever since having a real neapolitan pizza in San Francisco's Little Italy in August. Poof, here comes Porta Via. We started dining there way before it caught on, and even though there seemed to me to be some kinks in their operation, we figured they'd iron them out as time went on. The ingredients are good, and we both enjoy the Porta Via pizza, their house specialty the best.

However, everytime we return, or attempt to dine there, we never have a good experience. The last four times I've been to Porta Via, I stood in the entrance along with others waiting to be acknowledged. Now, we're no schlubs here, we're both professionals, we dress nice, we're presentable, but it seems they don't really care about you unless you look like a million bucks they don't want to even wait on you, or even seat you.

I have been in there before and stood at the counter and have been literally ignored after making eye contact with the employee behind the counter. We get take out traditionally too, and have discovered that ordering online is the way to go, but if you walk in there, they size you up and decide if they want to serve you or not. It's really snooty for a small strip-mall restaurant. I mean the food is quite good, which is why we've returned, but after tonight, my third experience of being ignored, not greeted, not anything, and having to raise my voice to the girl whose back was turned to the patrons lined up at the entrance to get her attention that I was there to pick up an order, I decided I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

Bella Napoli at Edgehill Village is better, more affordable, and has better service. When I want trendy cut-it-yourself pizza which is about as stupid as a three-sleeved shirt , that's where we'll go. And yes, what's UP with the ""we don't cut our pizza because in Italy, they don't cut it in slices there"" deal? This isn't Italy.
