Amazon orlando

No proper organization. Pros Good benefits, work culture is fine. Cons Unreasonable Targets. Been doing Flex for 5 years. It's nice that it's flexible and you can work when you want. That's really the only benefit tbh. The pay has been the same rate for the last 5 years. The cost of living has definitely risen so it would be nice if they upped the pay to help.

The routes put a TON of miles on your car. Depending on what warehouse you work out of, it's not unusual to drive miles per 4 hour shift. Also, I feel like support isn't very helpful. You get a different answer each time you talk to someone. And if there are any concerns, it goes unanswered. I definitely don't feel valued by the company. The only reason I still with Flex this long is because I'm a single mom and can bring my child with me instead of paying for childcare.

Pros Flexible schedule. Cons Low pay, high mileage, no support. Yes There are 1 helpful reviews 1 No. Would you recommend working at your company? Help people considering your employer make a good choice. You learn as you go and if you are looking to work in a fast environment this is the job for you. Pros Pay. Cons management. Good part time job to start out or if your in school and work at the same time. Able to choose your own schedule with flex.

Pay could be a lot better. Certain companies have their call outs which will affect your routes. Consistent with having rescues to people who are not moving fast enough. Travel is too far. Good pay and you make your own schedule. The attendance system is horrible, you will get points and you shouldnt have. Pros Good pay, own schedule. Cons Pto, attendance policy.

We want to help you find great companies. Help us be the best! A stressful place to work. You get to bring a friend and your dog with you as long as they stay in the car when you get the packages at the warehouse.

Yes No There are 1 unhelpful reviews 1. They will and i mean it, stuff your car with packages even if they dont fit, i told them i refuse to put any packages in your car you will get ding for it.

If someone doing good job your tips up. Worked for Amazon flex for a few years until I hurt my shoulder loading and unloading packages, most stressful part is the GPS and app messes up a lot have to refresh several times a day , walk around until it detects your at the correct location, you can end up being sent up to 40 miles out of the city , arrive to buildings and houses with gates that are locked and you cant get in to deliver the package unless there is someone home to open the gate this takes a lot of time out of the day, and with flex you don't get paid overtime.

Pros Work when you want, happy customers, some days were easy and short, still get paid for the full shift even if you finish early. Cons Some days were long and stressful, hard on the body physically, no overtime pay, have to cover fuel with pay from the day, pay is too low. Hard to get blocks at times. Yes There are 2 helpful reviews 2 No. I just started but plan on working here for as long as I can make it work. Things were a little rough at first, sorting packages for example, finding blocks to work, etc.

Once you start delivering though things smooth out pretty well. Sometimes you have road blocks, like not having gate codes, or apartment numbers, but you just call support if that happens. It can be stressful but sometimes you just have to take your time. Pros Flexibility, driver support.

Yes There are 1 helpful reviews 1 No There are 1 unhelpful reviews 1. No work everyday. Not enough work to pay bills. Had to get another job. Appreciate the flexibility, but not enough hours worked to be full time job. Great place to work if looking for part time hours and part time pay. Pick when you want to work. Paid on Tuesdays and Fridays. Warehouse workers are very helpful and supportive. Pros Flexible shifts.

Cons Using my own vehicle. I like amazon flex, It was a good experience for me. I had a good experience last year. An Amazon representative wasn't available for comment.
