Exterior was nice, small convenience store onsite. Pool with bar. Spacious units. Some of the furniture can be updated. I loved how nice it was. It was comfortable and close to all attractions. Kid friendly and super quiet. This is our second time here and we love it.
Microwave isn't working right. The shower head needs to be changed it's old and rusty! Breakfast no longer an option. I love the spaciousness of the suite. However the suite allows preparation of meals. Also continental breakfast would have been nice. The privacy, two bedrooms far from eachother, kitchen and screened in porch.
I thought that was dangerous especially with the alligators and snakes on the property. Parking lot way too dark! The quality of the beds. The location. The location was good. The furniture was dated and in bad condition, I went twice to the reception to complain about the Drawers getting out by itself, they told me they will sent a maintenance personal and they never did it! The pillows were not great on the beds. Very few kitchen items in the kitchen for use. Minimal cups, wine glasses, etc.
We had a 3 bedroom suite so needed more dishware for what number that could accommodate. The room was very far from pool. We had to drive back and forth. The drinks at the tiki bar were outrageously priced.
There was no entertainment or music in speakers at pool area. There was no area designated for kids versus adults so no place to really relax with screaming kids everywhere at one and only pool at this resort. They allowed us to check in at 2pm and not 4pm. The suites were large and clean.

We called several times at least 6 times from our room and had to make several trips to the front office to talk with someone directly.
We also wanted to add on an extra night and it seemed like a huge ordeal. We booked through Booking. I called Booking. I had to go up front twice before they the resort finally added on an extra night. It could have been taken care of the first time by the same person at the front desk. It wasn't that big of a deal, just very annoying.
Obviously, we liked the resort since we wanted to say an additional night. The location is excellent, there is a mall not too far from the resort, lots of restaurants and stores and Sealife Aquarium et al was a short drive away. Plenty of space in the rooms. We had a large 3 bdrm, 3 bathroom condo that was very comfortable the beds were so comfy, it was hard to get out of them, slept like a baby!! They were very meticulous about cleaning and delivering whatever was asked for more toilet paper!
We appreciated how hard the staff worked to make sure everything was clean and full. We loved it and will most certainly return! We didn't get extra towels although we were there for more than 1 week. I needed a plunger for one of the bathrooms as we came in to the room There's not a good shuttle service unless you leave early and come back early and it's only on the weekend. The space was nice. View was nice. Easy access to shopping and parks by uber or driving. So basically we paid daily resort fee for just the pool.
I was supposed to get switched to a cleaner room but they never switched me. How Comfortable the beds were. How big and spacious the rooms were! Our room key card didn't work and we needed help, and the room was very hot because they were thawing out the AC which had somehow frozen, but we received help with that, too.
Also, there were some really noisy people on a balcony all night which made it difficult to sleep one of the nights. Hot tub, proximity to Disney world. Entry door dirty and damaged 2.
