I highly recommend them to anyone. I will never come back. These people don't make eye contact our acknowledge when you are standing in front of them. Staff kept talking and ignored…. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. Increased knowledge of imaging. Management was all about numbers not to keen on quality. Loved my job. Hardest part of job is that is our techs made and error I had to smooth out.

Great learning experience. I had great a experience learning radiographic skills with this company. There was a lot of work for radiologist in the center. There were several centers in the south florida area. Signet was a great place to work in regards to pay and the amount of work you are expected to do.

As a call center agent, there are no incentives or standards for the amount of calls you need to make, so you can basically sit at your desk and do nothing all day, which is what most people did.

Managers did not communicate with eachother or with employees about expectations or changes in procedures. Work environment was very lax, with people coming and going as they pleased. Most of the time, you could not find a manager to answer questions of take phone calls from disgruntled patients.

The computer system they used for calling patients took half a year to perfect, and once everyone was used to working with it, they got rid of it and implemented a new system that was horribly confusing and not productive at all. This system made it almost impossible to track calls, resulting in patients being called several times in one day.
