When you go to the clinic, he will act as if he is doing you a favor by letting you come to his wife's clinic. He will give you an attitude and if you ask any questions, he'll give you the rudest possible answer.
Therefore, this place does not provide ANY customer service. So now you can just imagine their customer service. He is also greedy so he tried taking more money from me on numerous occasions and because he is so difficult to deal with, I gave him the extra money and sweared not to go back.
Hema Chheda is rude too but not as much as her husband. She basically watches her husband treat the customers in a very bad manner and goes along with it. I tried complaining to her about her husband and instead of saying something to him, she made it seem as if I was wrong.
And to top it all off, she ruined my teeth. I got braces from her and I ended up getting braces again from another orthodonist since she did such a horrible job.
All the teeth fillings I got from her came out within 3 months. This place is so bad that all her dental assistants quit. I would see a new face every month when I went to get my braces tightened. Her clinic is also very old and cluttered. She uses old machines so she is not up-to-date. Please don't waste your money on her. There are many other dentists in Houston. Avoid her.
